Job summary

Envolve Community Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Riverview Apartments in Dublin, GA. The role requires HVAC/EPA certification, multi-trade experience, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities include directing staff, prioritizing work orders, ordering parts, and performing repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. On-call availability, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC EPA certification required with HVAC expertise for multifamily properties.
• Experience in HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry preferred.
• Must be able to supervise staff and coordinate work orders.
• Must have own hand tools and be able to access emergency on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct other staff members and delegate assignments to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Review and order parts or schedule services to complete resident repairs.
• Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
