Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance.
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor.
• HVAC certified; pool certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
• Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow.
• Lead management, training, and retention of quality team members.
• Review pending work orders and allocate workloads.
• Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages.
• Schedule regular maintenance and repairs; negotiate vendor contracts; conduct property inspections.
