Columbia Residential Properties, LLC is seeking a Community Service Technician in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role reports to the Community Manager and Community Service Supervisor and focuses on maintaining the site's appearance and building systems while performing duties aligned with the property's needs.

The position requires HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification, CPO, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of related experience. Training is provided, with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents.
• Perform make-ready maintenance and repairs as directed.
• Maintain appearance of the community and grounds.
• Adhere to safety programs and policies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the physical condition and appearance of the site.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks as assigned by the Community Service Supervisor.
• Inspect and report deficiencies in buildings, systems and grounds.
• Attend in-house training within 90 days of employment.
