Job summary

Aurora & Wentworth Apts. (LCOR) is seeking a skilled Service Technician to maintain and enhance the community. The role requires 1–3 years in community management, ability to lift 25–100 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and availability for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Community Management.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property and report safety hazards or needed repairs to Service Manager.
• Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc.
• Accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including pest control and inspections.
• Assist office staff with delivery of resident notices.
• Perform plumbing repairs.
• Repair/replace locks and smoke alarms.
• Appliance repairs.
• Electrical repairs.
• Roofing inspection and minor roof repairs.
• HVAC certification required and active.
