Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of commercial/industrial HVAC maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification preferred.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license and safe driving history.
• Computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain varied HVAC systems.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Calibrate thermostats and system controls.
• Respond to on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory of HVAC supplies.
• Ensure compliance with established standards.
• Support lifecycle assessment of HVAC systems.
