Qualifications

• Requires at least vocational or other technical school, certification, training or apprenticeship beyond High School or GED.
• At least three years of prior-related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, and maintains HVAC equipment district-wide.
• Carries out electrical repairs and installations.
• Initiates work orders and procures parts and materials.
• Assists other employees in resolving technical problems.
• Minor indoor and outdoor painting.
• Repair plumbing and replace plumbing fixtures.
• Hang interior and exterior doors and door frames.
• Replace ceiling tiles.
• Patch and hang drywall.
• Order and replace broken ceramic tile.
• Repair holes in existing walls.
• Replace baseboards.
