Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Maintenance Mechanic MEP I for NRG Park in Houston, TX. The role covers upkeep, repair and installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems across the four venues within the park.

You will perform semi-skilled tasks, handle heavy lifting, and work under supervision while liaising with clients to meet facility rules and safety standards. On-call and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC and related mechanical systems upkeep and troubleshooting.
• Reading blueprints, drawings and schematics for electrical and mechanical work.
• Safety rules, regulations and risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Maintenance Mechanics in routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, motors and controllers.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot problems in the facility.
• Perform repairs on domestic water systems and related mechanical systems.
• Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety tasks as needed.
• Maintain adherence to safety procedures and policies.
