Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. seeks a Kitchen Maintenance Mechanic for its Philadelphia, PA location. Shifts available: 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am. The role focuses on operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of HVAC and building systems to ensure safe, reliable service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 5+ years in HVAC/mechanical/electrical work, and a journeyman certificate is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects and pass background/drug checks required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
Journeyman certificate in a mechanical trade preferred.
Familiarity with building automation systems desirable.
Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, repair, and replace HVAC and related mechanical systems.
Rebuild pumps, install mechanical seals, align pumps, and clean coils in AHUs and convectors.
Perform routine preventive maintenance including lubrications, filter changes, and inspections.
Inspect systems, write reports to supervisors, and follow safety protocols.
Be on call as needed and assist co-workers as required.
