Job summary

This role involves lubrication, air filter changes, lighting and electrical work, plumbing, pump and HVAC maintenance, and routine record keeping; candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in potential hazards such as a chemical environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC operations.
• The utilization of basic tools and specialized equipment to perform maintenance functions.
• Ability to follow direction and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication of equipment.
• Change air filters and maintain air handlers.
• Record keeping and processing work requests.
• Install and troubleshoot lighting, ballast, and electrical systems.
• Repair plumbing, drains, faucets.
• Maintain air compressors, oil changes, exchanger cleaning.
• Service pumps, strainers, exhaust systems, belts.
• Maintain cooling coils and temperature controls.
• Repair heating systems, coil cleaning, steam boilers.
