C&W Services (S) Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain and operate mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across assigned properties. You will perform rounds, preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with commercial MEP systems, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant trade licenses. Strong knowledge of energy management and safety practices is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property.
• High School Diploma or GED; apprenticeship/trade school preferred.
• Appropriate trade license/permit (Journeyman or Master Electrician, etc.).
• Valid drivers license with good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC tasks for buildings and maintain heating equipment, chillers, and air systems.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment and controls to maintain comfortable environments.
• Document activities and report to supervisor; respond to emergencies.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety training; wear proper PPE.
• Conduct preventive maintenance per standards (filters, coils, bearings, belts, etc.).
