Responsibilities

• Assess project timelines and profitability.
• Research market prices for HVAC materials and equipment.
• Define project scopes through client communication.
• Analyze blueprints to determine equipment, duct, and control placements per HVAC codes.
• Identify quantities, types, and costs of materials and fixtures; assess labor needs.
• Evaluate labor and material costs for in-house vs subcontracting decisions.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and lead handoffs with project managers and field foremen.
• Manage change orders and conduct post-project reviews for improvement.
