You will work under supervision of the Facilities Engineering Manager, with lead input from the Facilities Management team, ensuring reliability for daily operations and events.

You should have two years of journey-level experience with HVAC and related systems, basic computer skills, and a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of journey-level experience operating and maintaining boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment.
• On-site engineer experience for performances/events preferred, able to coordinate with diverse campus groups.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel); familiarity with Google Suite, work control systems, and PeopleSoft preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure heat, ventilation, air conditioning, fire notification, emergency, and elevator systems are operational and code-compliant.
• Provide safe, reliable environment for daily university operations and special events; assist with project work as needed.
