Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• 10+ years of mechanical/HVAC design experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building codes, energy-efficient design, and construction practices.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and develop lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, designers, and technical staff.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system design for a variety of projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Review designs, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal disciplines.
• Support business development, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Assist with departmental planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
