Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of building maintenance experience and 4 years of HVAC work with emphasis on diagnostics.
• At least 6 months of advanced study or training past high school equivalency.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• HVAC Technician Certificate and EPA License are required; Mechanical A or B Contractor License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled diagnostic testing, repair and maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Inspect and repair various structures and mechanical equipment.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs and welding.
• Assist with renovation of buildings and monitor energy controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
