Landmark Realty is hiring a Maintenance/HVAC Technician to perform general building repairs, service requests, and preventative maintenance across multifamily properties. The role requires dependable, organized individuals who can prioritize tasks and manage work orders efficiently.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience with appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and carpentry, and own the necessary tools. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs general building maintenance repairs and replacements (appliances, HVAC units, plumbing, and carpentry work).
• Completes general labor tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Have your own tools to complete all necessary repairs.
• Handles designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly shop.
• Knows when to elevate maintenance issues to management.
• Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors.
