Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer in Linthicum, MD to design, configure and operate complex building control systems with a focus on HVAC controls. You will develop software, coordinate drawings, and assist in commissioning and training for owners/operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (3+ years experience) or related technical field with five years experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry and building subsystems from design to commissioning.
• Experience integrating low-voltage building subsystems using industry protocols (LON, BacNet).

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, and tests complete building control systems and HVAC controls.
• Develops software programs and communicates design/submittals to stakeholders.
• Coordinates drawings, materials, and submittals; supports commissioning and troubleshooting.
