Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers, end users, and sales teams, remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend cost-conscious solutions.
• Respond to customer technical inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with equipment start-up, commissioning, and field troubleshooting at customer locations.
• Conduct technical training sessions for customers and regional representatives.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and internal teams to improve products and processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements and cycle-time reductions.
