Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Experience in HVAC controls industry.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and specs.
• English verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and eligible for fleet program.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small to medium projects.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate with the project team.
• Manage subcontractors and procurement of materials.
• Track resources and project progress.
• Support billing and cost reporting.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance.
