Job summary

Ice Air, LLC is seeking a skilled Brazer for our Duncan, SC production team. You will braze compressors into HVAC units per specifications, safely and efficiently, to ensure units are ready for installation and operation.

The role requires 1+ year of brazing/welding experience, ability to read drawings, and good tool-handling skills. 1st shift runs Mon-Thu 6:00AM-4:30PM; temp-to-hire to full-time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of brazing, soldering, or welding experience; HVAC or similar industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform brazing on copper tubing and compressor components using oxy-acetylene torches.
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and SOPs for proper assembly.
• Inspect brazed joints for quality and strength with basic testing tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of brazing station and tools.
