You will perform brazing operations to join metal components, clean and prepare surfaces, assemble parts, fabricate tubing, and verify dimensional accuracy according to drawings and schematics in a fast-paced HVAC production environment.

• Perform brazing operations to join metal components using various brazing techniques and materials.
• Clean, degrease, and prepare surfaces for brazing to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Assemble parts for brazing ensuring components are aligned and properly fitted.
• Use hand, power and pneumatic tools to complete assembly within customer equipment.
• Fabricate tubing using tube bending equipment.
• Follow drawings and schematics for dimensional requirements.
• Perform in-process checks and inspections throughout the process.
• Complete shop paperwork to ensure equipment is built per requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Comply with safety regulations and properly utilize PPE.
• Work with manufacturing lead and team to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with departments to provide high-quality product to customers.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance brazing efficiency, quality, and productivity.
