Job summary

CSI Aerospace Inc, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, seeks a Brazer to perform brazing on electrical assemblies and subassemblies. This is a 1st shift position (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays.

The role requires reading assembly documentation and SOPs, performing hand brazing with an oxygen/acetylene torch, shaping electrical wiring, and using various shop tools. Adherence to procedures and quality standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Completes assemblies or subassemblies per documentation provided.
• Apply brazing material using oxygen/acetylene hand torch to join component parts together.
• Works to approved documentation such as assembly prints, SOPs and WI.
• Hand shaping of electrical wiring and installation into component parts.
• Use of shop tools and various shop equipment.
• Document traceability of components used in assembly on manufacturing orders.
• Provides feedback to Production Supervisor regarding problems and issues involved in assembly of products or documentation
• Adheres to company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
