Stone-Bridge-Personnel is seeking an experienced Brazer for coil assembly in our Texas facility. The ideal candidate will braze copper components to assemble HVAC coils using oxy-fuel torches, following standard work and quality checks.

Read blueprints and work orders to ensure precise assembly, maintain joints, and support team safety and efficiency on the production floor. Requirements include at least 6 months brazing/welding experience, ability to stand for long periods, and a focus on

Qualificações

• At least 6 months of brazing/welding experience.
• Able to stand and perform repetitive manual tasks in a production setting.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.
• Follow safety rules and 5S workplace standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble coil units by brazing copper components according to standard work.
• Read blueprints and drawings to ensure correct assembly.
• Apply torch, flux, and braze alloy; maintain joints per procedure.
• Inspect joints, re-braise defects, and straighten as needed.
• Prepare tools and materials; monitor quality using basic measurements.
• Support area organization and adapt to other departments as needed.
• Meet daily production targets while upholding quality.
