Carrier Enterprise, a premier HVAC distributor, seeks a Branch Sales Manager in Baltimore to lead the branch team, own the P&L, grow sales, and drive efficiency across receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management. Bonus opportunities are available based on performance.

Key responsibilities include creating a local sales strategy, coaching staff, expanding the customer base, and leveraging CE’s technology to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B distribution or wholesale sales environment.
• Excellent relationship-building skills; must be a team builder and team player focused on sales.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Create and execute a local sales plan to reach and exceed goals.
• Team Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate the branch team.
• Customer Growth: Expand the customer base and identify growth channels.
• Technology Utilization: Use CE’s technology to grow sales and optimize operations.
• Training and Development: Develop and train team members to exceed targets.
• Other duties as assigned as part of full responsibility for the branch.
