Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 5+ years of HVAC industry experience.
• Willingness to relocate for future branch management opportunities.
• Clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Building strong customer relationships to drive sales and service.
• Overseeing inventory control and optimizing stock levels.
• Learning accounting procedures and clerical tasks to support branch operations.
• Ensuring safety and compliance across all branch activities.
• Supporting warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, shipping.
• Handling counter sales and customer transactions with professionalism and product knowledge.
