Standard Supply is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to launch a long-term career in operations and leadership within HVAC distribution. The program provides hands-on training across warehouse, counter sales, inventory management, and business processes to prepare you for future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 5+ years of HVAC industry experience.

• Clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties.

• Customer service experience preferred
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and handling bulky or overhead items
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods and push/pull 20+ lbs
