Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years customer service, retail or HVAC preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to learn branch operations and move into Branch Manager within 8–12 months.
• Ability to work with a positive, professional attitude and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain branch sales and dealer communications.
• Process orders, procurement, payments, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, calls, and emails.
• Learn roles of CSRs, Warehouse, Drivers, and Branch Manager.
• Maintain showroom and warehouse inventory; ensure safety and organization.
