Job summary

Standard Supply is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to launch a long-term career in operations and leadership. You will rotate through branch operations—from warehouse to counter sales and inventory management—to gain hands-on experience and mentorship for future leadership opportunities.

The program emphasizes practical training, cross-functional exposure, and a path toward branch management within a growing HVAC distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years HVAC experience required.
• Willing to relocate for future management opportunities.
• Clean driving record preferred; local travel may be involved.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and handling warehouse duties.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and push/pull 20+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and service.
• Oversee inventory control and optimize stock levels.
• Learn accounting procedures to support branch operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance across branch activities.
• Assist warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, shipping.
• Handle counter sales and customer transactions with professionalism.
