Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5+ years of HVAC industry experience
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to relocate for growth
• Clean driving record and ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform warehouse duties

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and service
• Oversee inventory control and optimize stock levels
• Learn accounting procedures and clerical tasks to support branch operations
• Ensure safety and compliance across all branch activities
• Support warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, shipping
• Handle counter sales and customer transactions with product knowledge
