Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a 3-6 person team, drive sales (under $5 million), customer service, profitability, productivity, and loss prevention, and to enforce store goals and safety protocols.

The role oversees branch operations, reviews reports, maintains inventory, and partners with Credit and HR to handle disciplinary actions and training; you’ll coach staff, optimize processes, and ensure the branch meets performance

Qualifications

• 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• HVAC wholesale experience strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staffing; approve hours worked and PTO using Kronos.
• Maintain sales records, credits, inventory, and cash reconciliations; enter sales calls in CRM.
• Coach staff, maintain morale, and provide training opportunities to reach full potential.
