Tom Barrow Company, a premier HVAC manufacturer’s representative, seeks a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to manage bid processes for commercial HVAC projects in the Southeast. You will track opportunities, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely, accurate bid submissions.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of bid coordination, construction administration, estimating support, project coordination, or related role preferred.
• Experience in commercial construction, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Monitor and track incoming bid opportunities, invitations to bid, and project deadlines.
• Coordinate the bid process from invitation through final submission.
• Review bid invitations, project specifications, and documentation to identify requirements and deadlines.
• Distribute bid information to sales and estimating teams.
• Maintain bid logs, project records, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams about bid opportunities and updates.
• Assist with preparing, organizing, and submitting bid packages and proposals.
• Track bid statuses and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor project addenda and communicate updates to team members.
• Support sales and estimating teams with admin tasks and document management.
• Identify opportunities to improve bid tracking and efficiency.
