Job summary

Brady Services is seeking a capable Bid Coordinator to manage commercial HVAC plan and specification opportunities from intake to follow-up. You will serve as the central point of contact between Sales Engineers, contractors, and territory offices, ensuring accurate, timely processing of bid milestones and documentation.

Responsibilities include reviewing mechanical drawings, creating opportunities in Salesforce, managing project files, and administering warranty registrations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 2+ years in administrative, project coordination, construction, HVAC, or related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, mechanical plans, and specs.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid activities and manage high-volume Outlook inbox for plans and proposals.
• Facilitate communication between sales engineers, contractors, and offices regarding bid updates.
• Respond to inquiries and distribute bid‑related information to stakeholders.
• Track bid deadlines and support timely progression of opportunities.
• Assist sales teams with project information, updates, and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
