Job Description

Well-established service company is seeking an entry-level technician to join the team. This is an in-house position requiring basic mechanical skills and the ability to work with common hand and power tools, possibly some HVAC experience or field repairs and preventative maintenance.

The primary focus of this position is two-fold:

1. Ensure outgoing equipment is clean and properly functioning for delivery to customers.
2. Ensure incoming equipment is damage-free and prepped for use.

Responsibilities include:

• Making minor adjustments and calibrations to equipment
• Cleaning and wiping down equipment for readiness
• Safely packing equipment for transport
• Recording incoming and outgoing equipment details
• Potentially dealing with customers and visiting their facilities
• Cleaning customer devices
• Using Word, Excel, ERP systems, and Outlook proficiently
• Maintaining a clean driving record
