Requirements

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Performing quality control through visual inspections, following reporting and record-keeping procedures, and reporting issues to the supervisor
• Packaging products to meet high-quality standards
• Complying with all safety and health regulations
• Cleaning machinery and maintaining a clean work area
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Machine Operator

Skills and Abilities:

• Detail-oriented
• Understanding of production and plant processes
• Mathematical skills: ability to perform calculations in different units of measurement
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, bend, and stand or walk for extended periods
