Responsibilities

• Assemble and install sub-assembly components on HVAC units according to specs.
• Read blueprints and order forms to verify parts and ensure proper assembly.
• Communicate with team across the production line to maintain workflow.
• Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and assemblies.
• Move materials and finished products to designated areas safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety practices.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Wear required PPE and follow health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
