Responsibilities

• Assemble and install sub-assembly components on HVAC units according to specs.
• Read blueprints and order forms to verify parts and ensure proper assembly.
• Maintain workflow by communicating with team members on the line.
• Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and assemblies.
• Move materials to designated areas using proper handling methods.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety practices.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or shortages promptly.
• Wear required PPE and support daily production targets.
