Gray's Mechanical LLC is seeking a motivated and hardworking HVAC Apprentice Technician to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about starting a rewarding career in the HVAC industry. As an Apprentice, you will work alongside licensed Service and Installation Technicians, learning the trade through hands-on experience in both residential and light commercial environments. Our goal is to help you grow into a fully licensed technician, supported every step of the way with mentorship and company-sponsored training.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork.
• Load and unload materials and tools needed for daily projects.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, trucks, and equipment.
• Support licensed technicians during diagnostics, system start-ups, and testing.
• Learn and follow safety procedures and HVAC industry best practices.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers on-site.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
