Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in repair and installation in maintenance projects for timely completion.
• Diagnoses problems in heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems for repair needs.
• Installs heating/air conditioning/refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Maintains tools and equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Responds to emergency situations to resolve safety concerns.
• Coordinates with administration and other trades to complete projects.
