Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform minor HVAC service and repairs under direct supervision.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of HVAC equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls and maintain logs of tasks performed.

Skills

Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws regarding education and students

Knowledge of methods and materials used in minor maintenance of equipment

Effective communication skills

Ability to recognize maintenance needs and initiate appropriate action

Education
