Job summary

MyStaf in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our team, learning commercial HVAC installation on a fast-paced job site.

Pay is $15-$18/hour DOE, hours Monday–Friday 8-5. You will work alongside an experienced HVAC Mechanic, gaining hands-on training installing systems and adhering to safety policies. Requirements include a strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Dependable, reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
• Mechanical aptitude or related mechanical experience.
• Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Clean motor vehicle record and ability to pass a background check.
• Previous HVAC or construction experience is preferred but not required.
