Job summary

LeoForce in Vermont is seeking an Entry Level Commercial HVAC Apprentice. You will work side-by-side with experienced foremen and technicians, gaining hands-on experience in HVAC installation and construction.

You will assist with installing ductwork, equipment, and ventilation systems while learning the proper tools, materials, and techniques. You will follow directions from your foreman, support your crew, and help keep the job site clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC experience required or willing to learn on the job.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Ability to perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing ductwork, equipment, and ventilation systems.
• Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques under supervision.
• Follow foreman directions and support crew.

You will arrive on the job site ready to learn and contribute. As a Commercial HVAC Apprentice, you will work side-by-side with experienced foremen and technicians, gaining hands-on experience in HVAC installation and construction. Throughout the day, you will assist with installing ductwork, equipment, and ventilation systems while learning the proper tools, materials, and techniques. You will follow directions from your foreman, support your crew, and help keep the job site clean, safe, and organized. You will begin to understand how jobs are scheduled, how materials are managed, and how different trades work together.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of HVAC experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, working in various conditions)
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environmentProcess-oriented mindset for accurate material handling and job site documentation
• Team player who shows up on time and contributes to a positive work environment
• Proactive communication skills and willingness to ask questions and seek feedback
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
