Job summary

Key Heating & Cooling in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an HVAC Apprentice to join our team. You will service and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, perform annual and routine maintenance, and help customers explore repairs and upgrade options.

We provide a take-home vehicle with gas card, company cell phone and iPad, uniforms, paid vacation, holidays, and medical, vision, and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of HVAC service experience or combination of education and experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Routine maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of airflow and balance principles.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Annual and routine maintenance.
• Consulting with customers on repairs, IAQ accessories, and upgrade options.
• Ability to sell full equipment replacements.

Position: HVAC Apprentice

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus spiffs/ bonuses and commission, Potential earning $75,000 + annually

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm + on-call rotation
