Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician for our Ridge at Chestnut Apartments in Kansas City, MO. This on-site, full-time role offers the chance to troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC systems while contributing to building maintenance and tenant-ready turnover.

You will handle basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry tasks and participate in preventative maintenance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry advantageous.
• Light plumbing and electrical experience.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Boiler experience a plus.
• Experience with appliances (washers/dryers) beneficial.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC units.
• Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs as needed.
• Turn and prepare units between tenant occupancies.
• Assist in preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.

Location:

Ridge at Chestnut Apartments

Kansas City, MO

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 4 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC units
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Additional repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC experience required
• EPA certification required
• 3+ years experience in the maintenance field a plus
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
• Light plumbing and electrical experience
• CPO Certification preferred
• Boiler experience a plus
• Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
