At AirLogix, versatility is our standout strength. From installation services to maintenance contracts, we tailor our work based on each client's facility’s unique goals and specifics.

We are seeking experienced Junior HVAC/R Service Technicians with experience in Commercial and Industrial facilities to join our team. You will maintain heating/air-conditioning systems, identify repair and/or replacement needs, provide guidance on proper equipment use, and assist other skilled trades as needed—ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Hours: Airlogix operates 24/7, with round-the-clock shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, diagnose, and repair HVACR systems
• Inspect systems and components (e.g., air conditioning, heating, refrigeration units) to ensure safety, identify repairs, and perform preventive maintenance
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring in heating/air-conditioning/refrigeration systems
• Diagnose issues to determine repair or replacement needs
• Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC Refrigeration, especially in supermarket and commercial industries
• EPA Certification (Universal and 608) with advanced understanding of electricity, wiring, and control circuits
• Excellent communication skills with dispatch and account managers
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Good driving record
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships
• Advanced troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• F60 FDNY Torch Operations
• F01 Fire Guard certification
• G60 Torch Flammable Gases certification
• Certificate of Fitness

Salary depends on experience; overtime and benefits are available.
