Job summary

Asbury Solomons is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment, heat pumps, and furnaces. You will handle various building systems and document work using the CMMS, contributing to a safe, well-maintained campus in Southern Maryland.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with an on-call rotation and a competitive benefits package. A valid driver's license and at least three years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment.
• Maintain cottage heat pumps and furnaces.
• Perform general maintenance on systems including laundry, kitchen equipment, water, fire protection and alarm.
• Document work orders and resolutions using the CMMS.
