Job summary

Responsibilities include consulting with clients post-sale, negotiating contracts, developing proposals, and reporting on contract opportunities weekly.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of related business experience in HVAC or refrigeration or related technical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem solving, customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Develop and present proposals to a variety of clients.
• Layout and price small projects including new and replacement systems.
• Report weekly updates on contract, project, and repair opportunities.
• Establish relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assist with RFPs and RFQs.
