Job summary

Havtech offers a first-rate Account Manager-in-Training program in Columbia, MD, designed to develop sales talent by rotating through warehouse operations, customer service, and outside sales. A 12- to 18-month development track builds HVAC knowledge, sales skills, and field exposure to prepare for a future Account Manager role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HVAC experience within eight months preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Proven ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.
Willingness to learn HVAC product lines and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Rotate through Havtech Supply departments to gain product and process knowledge.
Learn order fulfillment in the warehouse and how to process customer inquiries.
Develop proposals and pricing to meet customer requirements while staying competitive.
Develop and execute account-specific business plans for growth.
Identify buying influencers and maintain relationships across customer organizations.
Participate in structured training including Daikin bootcamp and vendor programs.
