Job summary

Texas Chiller Systems is seeking an Account Executive to grow owner-direct business across commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. You will hunt for new opportunities, consult with clients, and design technically grounded solutions in HVAC service, retrofit, and projects.

You will manage a personal sales book, travel within territory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate pricing and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of outside B2B sales experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, or related technical industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new owner-direct business development through prospecting and territory mapping.
• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, and operators.
• Manage a personal book of business with renewals, expansion, and retention focus.
• Conduct site visits and discovery to identify service, maintenance, and retrofit needs.
• Develop scopes and collaborate with Operations/Estimating for pricing feasibility.
• Prepare compelling proposals for maintenance agreements and retrofit projects.
