Job summary

AirReps is seeking a Project Engineer in Bellevue, WA to support Account Executives in the Pacific Northwest. You will assist with equipment selection, system design, and bid preparation across AirReps offerings, and manage project activities to meet timeframes and budgets.

The role requires 3–5 years in project engineering, a BS in engineering (mechanical preferred), and strong communication skills for client interactions. Benefits apply from day one for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred) and US work authorization.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ability to read plans and specs.
• Experience with design support, pricing, and bid preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• HVAC systems design and application of manufacturer product lines.
• Problem solving using basic mechanical engineering principles and equations.
• Troubleshooting to help solve field problems.
• Equipment selection using software and pricing programs.
• Understand and apply local and national codes relevant to HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate design criteria, cost estimates, energy analysis, and life cycle costing.
