Job summary

AirReps, a division of Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, is seeking an Account Executive in Spokane, WA. You will drive revenue growth by developing relationships, influencing specifications, and managing opportunities from design through closeout.

The role emphasizes building consultant and contractor networks, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying service and aftermarket opportunities. Requires HVAC knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, HVAC, or construction field or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of sales experience in HVAC.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents/drawings.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel to work sites and customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Market & account development aligned with growth priorities.
• Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Drive design basis and specification activity for VRV, heat pump, and decarbonization solutions.
• Manage project opportunities from design through bid, award, and turnover.
• Coordinate with internal operations and participate in turnover meetings and training.
