Job summary

AirReps in Bellevue, WA seeks an Account Executive - Data Center to drive profitable revenue growth within assigned accounts by developing relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners. You will lead design-in and specification activity for VRV and decarbonization solutions, manage opportunities from design through bid, award, and turnover, and maintain an accurate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, HVAC, or construction field (or equivalent).
• Ability to travel to work sites and customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account plans aligned with AirReps growth priorities.
• Build relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and strategic owners.
• Drive basis-of-design and specification activity for VRV, heat pump, and decarbonization solutions.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, verticals, and target accounts.
• Represent AirReps’ manufacturers professionally in the market.
• Manage project opportunities from design through bid, award, and turnover.
• Lead pricing strategy to protect margin.
• Maintain pipeline and project data in Salesforce.
